Data presented refers to people enrolled on the organ waiting list who would be transplanted immediately if an organ were available on the date reported. It does not reflect the transitions on and off the waiting list over the period since data was last reported to the Registry, nor does it include the outcomes of those not transplanted.Data is supplied by OrganMatch.
OrganMatch is the Australian national waitlisting, organ matching and allocation system. This state-of-the-art system went live in April 2019 replacing the ageing National Organ Matching Service (NOMS) that had been in place since 1999.
