New Data Collection

The Heamodialysis Working Group supported by the Advisory Committee, Executive Committee and ANZSN Quality Indicator Sub-committee have approved the expansion of this new data element. It will include the date of infection, the dialysis vascular access thought to be the source of the infection (catheter, AV fistula or AV graft) and the causative organism. It will be collected for all patients on haemodialysis.
